Data we collect

We only collect information needed to manage bookings: first and last name, email address, phone number, stay dates, number of guests, special requests, and payment details processed by our provider Stripe.

Purposes

• Confirm and manage your booking.
• Communicate before, during and after your stay.
• Issue receipts and invoices, including tourist tax.
• Comply with Swiss legal and accounting obligations.

Legal basis

Performance of the rental contract, legal obligations (accounting, tourist tax), and legitimate interest in site security.

Retention

Booking data is kept for 10 years to meet Swiss accounting requirements. General contact emails are deleted no later than 24 months after the last exchange.

Sharing

Your data is never sold. It is only shared with necessary providers: Stripe (payment), Airbnb (if you book through their platform), our hosting provider and our email service.

Cookies

The site uses only strictly necessary technical cookies (session, language preference). No advertising cookies or third-party trackers are set without your consent.

Your rights
